SMS Communications and TCPA Compliance

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS communications, you acknowledge that Contos may send you up to four (4) text messages per week containing promotional offers, updates, and service-related information. Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by texting "STOP" to any message you receive from us. Upon receipt of a STOP request, we will cease sending SMS messages to your number within a reasonable timeframe. This SMS program complies with all applicable TCPA regulations and carrier guidelines.
